Delivery Information
Orders are usually delivered 2-3 working days after order is placed by you. Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us if you do not receive your order(in the meantime check with your neighbours). No orders are dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. On the rare occasion that we cannot fulfill your order from stock we will contact you and keep you advised of a delivery date. We deliver anywhere in Europe.

Orders over €125 - delivery is free.
All prices are quoted in Euros and include IVA. Payment can be made by credit/debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
How are Orders Dispatched
Cleanaer orders under 1.25 kilos are dispatched via Second Class Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature is required to receive the goods and they are normally received the day after they are dispatched. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day delivery, on rare occasions delivery can take 2 working days. Cartridges are dispatched via 2nd class mail.
Orders over 1.25 kilos or large/heavy items are sent by next day courier service. Delivery is made from Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm and a signature is required to receive the goods. A saturday delivery service is available on request and an al charge will be applied depending on the item ordered.
With Correios Mail recorded deliveries, if no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for collection from a local depot. Customers must collect the item from the depot within 3-4 days or it will be returned to us upon which a charge might be payable.
